National Coalition of People living with HIV in India (NCPI+) is a national network of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) individuals and organizations with a vast range of experience and expertise from grassroots to policy level. It is having the nature of a community-based organization that works with the core principle of “work for PLHIV, of PLHIV and with PLHIV”.
