About the National coalition of people living with HIV in India

 

The National Coalition of People living with HIV in India (NCPI+) is a national body, which represents the voice of people who are infected or affected by HIV. NCPI+ has many

experienced individuals working to bring change in society towards reduced the stigma and discrimination associated with HIV and AIDS. NCPI+ has the 4 site offices in India, head office at Delhi, regional office for northern India is located in Chandigarh and for north east region we are having office in Manipur and Guwahati and covering the pan India geography under various care and support, prevention and capacity building interventions. So as leading organization our program teams at state in regional level will need travel support for road and air travel as per programmatic needs.

• Objective of having Travel Agency

 

The NCPI is soliciting proposals from a Travel Agents to meet with NCPI staff and consultants to discuss and learn about their travel requirements. Travel agent is responsible for advising NCPI staff and consultants about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. In addition, they help them plan trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.

• Research various destination
• Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
• Inform NCPI Staff and provide useful travel information (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
• Suggest suitable travel options that best suite staff needs.
• Use promotional techniques and offer different services and offerings.
• Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
• Provide cost effective travel options
• End to End travel and logistics arrangements.

Terms and Conditions:

• Bids incomplete in any respect, will not be considered for evaluation.

• GST Registration copy

 

Clarification of bids:

For any clarification on this document may notify the NCPI+ in writing by e-mail at the email address provided in the RFP by ……..2021. No requests for clarification will be accepted by telephone. NCPI+ shall respond over email or inwriting. Any questions submitted post the clarification submission date shall not be considered by the NCPI+

 

Quotations to be submitted in a pdf password protected document should be sent on the email-Id: Procurement@ncpiplus.org.

 

Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotation along with all supportive documents on or before 09 Apr 2024 by 5.00 pm on the above-mentioned email id for quotation and password.

 

Both (quotation and password) should be sent on the email ids given on the same date. Quotations received after the due date will not be considered.
